Return and Exchange Policy

Change of Mind Returns or Exchanges: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product. The product must be in its original packaging and condition. If these conditions are not met, the goods will be considered accepted by the customer, who will then be liable for them.

Return Postage: The customer is responsible for return postage unless the product is defective due to manufacturing. Items must be returned in their undamaged original packaging and in a condition suitable for resale. If the packaging is damaged and considered "unsellable," a 20% repackaging fee will be applied, or the item may be returned to the customer.

Damages and Issues: All items are checked for damages and missing parts before delivery. Inspect your goods thoroughly upon delivery and notify us within 5 business days if there are any issues or damages. Evidence such as photographs and videos of the damage will be required.

Restocking Fee: Elegantshowers reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on the cost of returned goods, excluding freight charges.
