Delivery Timeframes
We aim to deliver all orders within 1-14 business days, depending on your location and the size of the item. Estimated delivery timeframes:
- Metro Areas: 1-7 business days
- Regional Areas: 5-14 business days
Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, seasonal demand, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotions.
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- If an item is out of stock or delayed, we will notify you promptly.
Delivery Method
We use trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. Large furniture items may be delivered via freight services, and some deliveries may require a signature upon receipt.
Delivery Restrictions
We currently only ship within Australia. We do not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers for large furniture items.
Missed or Failed Deliveries
If no one is available to receive the delivery:
- The courier may leave a calling card with instructions for redelivery or pickup.
- Additional redelivery fees may apply if a second delivery attempt is required.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Photos of the damage or incorrect item
- A description of the issue
- Your order number
We will arrange a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
